Workout Day 4
Last day I didn’t work out at all. I’ve been working out non stop since day 1. Yesterday, I felt sore and I liked it. Since my muscles were aching, I thought it was okay to have a rest day. One rest day per week is fine for me (for now).
So today I started dynamically! New week, fresh start. 30 Day Shred, Level 1, Day 2! What a difference! I was able to follow Jillian and the girls...

Workout Day 3
Today’s workout was Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred- Level One. So hardcore!!! I couldn’t do it. I tried not to stop, I tried not to faint, I tried to keep going BUT in the end I did a 2-minute break. Menu
My menu was a fail once again. This time because I skipped meals. What I had so far: a small Bavarian Cream Donut, a cup of green tea (with a tablespoon of sugar), a bowl of milk with oats and after the workout an orange juice and a greek yoghurt with cinnamon and honey. I might eat a banana or an apple later. That’s all for today.

Eat healthy
Eating healthy seems to be the hardest of my goals. Why? Because my sleeping pattern is whatever! I always oversleep breakfast and so, everyday I wake up straight for lunch.The good thing is that I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t smoke. I do drink soft drinks though and more specifically coke, which I have already reduce to a maximum of 3 glasses/week of diet coke. That is not enough...

Workout Day 2
First of all, I want to tell you that working out in the same room with your dog, is not the easiest thing in the world.
I started with some cardio. (30 of each)
Then, I did some endless and merciless hula hooping. I am trying to master the waist hula hoop, while today I tried the neck hula hoop for the first time and I rocked it!

Workout Day 1
Today, I didn’t get much sleep. Not because I couldn’t, but because of my dog that kept waking me up at the weirdest hours. As a result, I woke up very very late (it is usual), which means no breakfast. For lunch, I had fried squid and potato salad with red onions and garnished with parsley. Fitness ball
Today, I purchased a purple fitness ball. I’ve never used one, but I’ve been wanting one for a while now, since they seem to be fun. After I pumped it, I gave it a go. Let me tell you something about exercise balls: they seem fun, they are fun, but don’t let them fool you! Balancing on it is not a piece of cake!

Introduction
Hello!
As you can read in the description of this blog, my goal is to exercise (more) and eat healthier. What is more difficult for me is to be motivated and stick to the plan. I’m willing to try though. Let’s how it goes.
